Position Summary:
- Assist Maintenance Tech Lead in maintaining structures, construction projects and system installations under constant supervision.
- Assist in landscape maintenance throughout the property including the residential houses. Performs all tasks to include grounds cleanup (i.e. pruning, trimming trees, mowing, and weeding).
- Able to use garden tools and groundskeeping equipment. Able to use and operate hand tools, power tools and equipment properly.
- Able to operate equipment and vehicle assigned with training/certification to transport material.
- Reports to immediate supervisor (Mechanical Tech Lead or Landscape Maintenance Tech) any problems with carts, tractor and equipment immediately.
- Safeguard all section equipment/tools and return to proper storage.
- Promote company safety culture and policies. Ensure employees are appropriately using the required PPE of tasks.
- Other related work duties are required by the supervisor.
- Assists other departments when workload requires at the direction of supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical assistance using appropriate tools.
- Ability to use basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide). Basic reading and writing skills. Measure accurately.
- Able to work well and communicate with other employees.
- Ability to operate all equipment.
- Demonstrates safe working habits in all tasks to include reporting all accidents, property damage problems with equipment immediately to supervisor.
